Gardening Adventure

With the refreshing rain and warmer sunny days, spring is finally here with the hope of summer on the way. All winter long, we look forward to those days when we can be back out in the sun and enjoy some fresh summer produce.

This year, we have decided to take the plunge and tackle some raised garden beds. We researched over the winter months and really started to like the raised garden beds from Anleolife. They came in the mail within about a week.

They were fairly easy to put together (although it is still nice to have more than one set of hands). They were well-packaged and included everything necessary for the assembly.

We were very impressed and happy with our purchase from the beginning. Not only are the beds functional, but they are very aesthetically pleasing as well. Filling them is still “a work in progress” at our house. We chose to follow a formula that we found online elsewhere with cardboard on the bottom; followed by sticks, branches, and leaves; followed by compost materials; followed by raised garden soil (which we are having delivered from a local soil supplier).

We are very excited to see how this season turns out, and if you are interested in trying gardening this year, we encourage you to take the plunge. There is still plenty of time to get started!
